Oh hello New Year, it's you again.

Since I never seem to be able to keep my resolutions beyond the first of January of any year, this year I've decided to be more disorganized, more dysfunctional, more unreasonable and so on, in hopes that maybe I will not keep these resolutions either. Every year since one passed their 25th year, they've hoped that the next year will be more eventful or better and then look back and wonder where all the years went. It's good to recap the year to see just how good and eventful it was. I'm just surprised to realise that a whole decade just seemed to fly by. Why is it always a new year just when I'm getting used to the previous one?

Psychologically untested

I'm one of those unlucky people that always gets stopped by those annoying sales people. My cousin said it's because I have one of "those" faces. I guess she meant sweet and friendly. Not gullible. Anyway, I usually say no and walk away. Sometimes, they convince you enough to stop. Every now and then you end up buying something. I bought this eyeliner recently but it was a well-known brand, not one of those shady kiosk ones. And the sales lady simply had to add "ophthalmologically tested" to her sales pitch. Yeah, one would assume that eye liner would be tested by ophthalmologists. Anyway, my eyes did not react as wonderfully as claimed and it got me thinking that these "tested" products hardly tell us the results of those tests.

Well, I don't play favourites!

A friend asked me to do one that involved both our younger siblings because we get a kick out of them being the pickeds and us being the wickeds. And them whining about it. I was trying to figure out how I might do a sketch with another picked on character and I thought of this a while ago but thanks to unforeseen circumstances was unable to post until now.
